The City of Somers Point, NJ, will celebrate Memorial Day with a parade at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 28, 2018.
The parade begins at Dawes Avenue School and proceeds down Shore Road until it reaches Patriots Park at Bethel Road and 1st Street.
The parade will feature, the American Legion Riders, Post 352, marching bands, antique cars, sports cars, classic cars, military vehicles, veterans, boy scouts, girl scouts, etc.
We are also requesting families to carry pictures of their deceased loved ones that served in the military.
A public memorial ceremony will be staged following the parade at Somers Point Patriot Park.
 If your groups are interested in marching in or entering the parade be at the staging area at 10:00 a.m, (Dawes Ave and Shore Rd).
